Billing, trial and failed payments
The 30-day free trial with no card, the plans and prices, where you see your payments and what happens to the shop when the trial ends, a payment fails or you cancel.
Everything about your subscription lives in the Billing tab of Settings. Only the shop owner sees it: the rest of the team does not.
The free trial
- The trial lasts 30 days, is free and asks for no card. You are not charged anything during the trial.
- In Billing you see the Free trial badge and how long is left ("You have N days of trial left"). The admin also tells you when it ends.
- If you add a card during the trial, nothing is charged until it ends. Then you see "Your first payment: … on …" with the total and the date.
Add a card and choose how to pay
- Open Settings and go to Billing.
- Press Add a card.
- Under How you want to pay choose Monthly or Annual. Paying yearly means you pay 10 months instead of 12.
- We take you to Stripe, our payment provider, to save the card. Then you come back to the Billing screen. You type the card details on the Stripe page, not on ours.

Plans and prices
The price depends on how many products your catalogue holds, hidden ones included. Products you delete stop counting. Under Your price you see how many products you have and which plan that is.
- Essential, up to 500 products: 35 € a month or 350 € a year.
- Professional, 501 to 5,000 products: 59 € a month or 590 € a year.
- Large, over 5,000 products: 99 € a month or 990 € a year. It includes a one-off set-up, within 5 business days of receiving your files, and priority support.
- Prices exclude IVA (Spanish VAT), which is added at checkout.
- If your catalogue goes over your plan's limit, you can keep adding products and nothing is cut off. You move to the matching plan at the next renewal. If the change raises the price, we tell you by email 30 days ahead. Your price never changes in the middle of a period you have paid for.
Your payments and invoices
- Next payment tells you how much we charge and when.
- Card shows the saved card and its expiry. Manage billing opens the Stripe portal, where you change it or cancel.
- Payment history lists every payment with its date, item, amount and status (Paid, Pending, Failed or Refunded).
- Billing address and VAT number: save your company address there and, if you have one, your VAT number starting with the country code (for example ES or DE). You change them only in this Billing address and VAT number form on the Billing screen, never in the Stripe portal, which is only for the card, your invoices and cancelling. This card appears once there is a billing account, that is, after you add a card.
- For each payment we issue you an invoice, which you download from the payment portal you reach with Manage billing.
- A module for issuing invoices to your own customers is coming later.
If the trial ends with no card
- In Billing you see Trial ended and "Your free trial has ended".
- The shop becomes read-only: your customers see the catalogue but can no longer place orders. You can still sign in to the admin and export your data.
- To get the shop working again, press Add a card and choose a plan.
- If another 90 days pass with no plan, the shop and its account are deleted. We email you at least 7 days before, with the link to export. If you do not take a plan, you are not charged anything.
If a payment fails
- From the first failure there is a 7-day grace period. In Billing you see the Payment failed badge and the admin shows a banner with the Fix the card button.
- During grace your customers see the catalogue and open their links, but cannot place orders. You keep using the whole admin.
- If the 7 days pass with the card still not fixed, the shop is suspended. The admin says "This shop is suspended" and the date after which it will be deleted. Your customers only read that the shop is unavailable, never the reason.
- When Stripe manages to charge the subscription, the suspended shop reopens by itself, as long as the subscription still exists. A cancelled subscription does not reopen by paying.
If you cancel
- You cancel in the Stripe portal, with Manage billing. In Billing you see the Cancelled badge and "Your shop keeps taking orders until …", which is the end of the period you already paid. There will be no further payments.
- After that the shop closes and your data is kept until the date shown on that screen. Use that time to export it, as Export your data and close the account explains.
- If you change your mind, press Reactivate.
